We offer Over the Top parties & private group classes for ages 5 to age 90! (And up, of course)
We will customize your cookies, cupcakes or cake theme
Our 2100 sq ft bakeshop can accommodate up to 10 students in our decorating area
Use of our coffee room with water cooler & coffee maker (coffee provided) is included

Cookie Decorating:
Ages 5 and up
Themes can be customized to match your party!
1.5 hour decorating class
2 hours in the bakeshop with full use of our decorating area & coffee room
All supplies are provided, including aprons to wear during class
Learn fun techniques to decorate sugar cookies and mix royal icing to the right consistency
Skills taught: Outlining, flooding, over-piping, and small fondant work
Each participant takes home 12 fully-decorated cookies!
We provide 2 dozen mini cupcakes to snack on!
Cookies are boxed up for easy transport

Colour buttercream using gel paste colors
Learn how to sculpt with fondant and gumpaste
Each child leaves with 6 fully decorated cupcakes (3 vanilla & 3 chocolate)

2-hour decorating class
All supplies are provided, including aprons to wear during class
Learn proper techniques using buttercream and add fun textures with different decorating tools
Work with gumpaste and fondant to model characters or animals to go with your cake
Put it all together to create your cake masterpiece then take it home to show it off!
5 inch round cake (vanilla or tuxedo) provided for each participant (Serves 6-8)
2 dozen mini cupcakes to snack on while you decorate!
