When this bakeshop opened in July of 2012 as Over the Top Cakes,

we definitely had no idea where it would go.
Opening a business is scary, rewarding, difficult and fun…all at the same time. This has been
the adventure of a lifetime and I am so happy to be sharing it with my amazing employees,
