About Us

After decorating a cake for my Grade 6 bake sale I was hooked! I bought my first ‘real’ mixer at a church rummage sale when I was about 12 and with the constant support of my parents and friends, my love of cake decorating has grown over the years.  With the recent trend in TV shows aimed at cake decorating, I discovered a new direction in sculpted 3D cakes.

I love to push my creative skills when creating cakes and always aim to give the customer more than they expected.  With over 25 years experience in decorating, I’m confident that I can provide the most unique and memorable cake for any occasion. 

Over the Top Cakes are created in a commercial kitchen space.  I do not have a store-front and work on an appointment-only basis.  Cake tastings are available for wedding cake orders only.  Please contact for more information.
